Sehr Effizient!
Die Tabletten sind gut verträglich und die hochdosierte Formulierung macht die Einnahme sehr effizient. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Tabletten glutenfrei, lactosefrei und fructosefrei sind. Die einfache Dosierung von nur 1/4 Tablette täglich ist äußerst praktisch und die Packung reicht für eine lange Zeit. Definitiv eine empfehlenswerte Ergänzung.

Die Tabletten sind vegan und frei von Zusatzstoffen wie Magnesiumstearat und Siliciumdioxid, was mir besonders wichtig ist.
