Lynside® Forte B100 is an inactive dry yeast with added B vitamins. The complex contains 8 essential B vitamins: Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (B2 vitamin), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (B5 vitamin), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (B8 vitamin), folic acid (vitamin B9), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
The inactivated yeast contained in the product naturally has a high content of B vitamins and contains proteins, dietary fibres, minerals and glutathione. Another important ingredient is glutamic acid.
B vitamins in their natural form are particularly valuable for the human organism.
