In this dietary supplement from Vitamintrend, three high-dose plant extracts have been usefully combined: Milk Thistle Extract, Artichoke Extract and Dandelion Extract. All three plants are known to contain bitter compounds.
Standardized plant extracts
Milk thistle extract comes from the fruit of Silybum marianum. It is standardized to contain 80% silymarin. This corresponds to 250 mg silymarin per capsule. The standardized artichoke extract contains 2.5% cyxnarin and the dandelion root extract is 10-fold concentrated (equivalent to 500 mg dandelion root).
We use standardized and gently extracted quality raw materials in Milk Thistle Plus by Vitamintrend. Standardization is an essential quality feature of a raw material and guarantees the consistent content of the value-giving ingredient.
