Question: Where is my package?
Answer: As a valued customer, we offer you the opportunity to check the current location of your packages at any time check. Here's how you can do it:
Navigate to your customer account by clicking on "My Account".
Select the order in question and find under "Package Tracking" Your package tracking number.
Visit the DHL link here:
https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-sendungs Tracking.html
Enter your package tracking number in the appropriate field.
The current location of your package will be displayed immediately!
Question: Where can I find my recent orders?
Answer: You can easily find your recent orders. Follow these steps:
Visit "My Account" > "Orders".
Question: How can I pay later with PayPal ?
Answer: Payment via PayPal is uncomplicated. Here's how it works:
Visit paypal.com and click "Send and Claim".
Enter the recipient's email address: paypal@vitamintrend.com.
Fill in the amount, choose the currency and add your name and, if available, the order number.
Then click on "Next". Select your preferred payment method and click "Continue".
Check the details and confirm the payment by clicking "Send payment now".
Question: How can I place a previous order again?
Answer: Repeating a previous order is simple. Follow these steps:
Visit My Account > "Orders".
Click the "..." options menu in the top right corner and select "Repeat Order".
Question: How can I cancel an order?
Answer: As long as your order is not yet processed is, you can cancel it yourself. Here are the steps:
Navigate to My Account > "Orders".
Click on the options menu "..." in the upper right corner and select "Cancel Order".
Please note that a cancellation must be made by telephone, if your order is already being processed.
Question: Is a telephone order possible?
Answer: Yes, of course! You can find the contact number for our hotline at the bottom of this page.
