Rhodiola Rosea (roseroot) is particularly common in cooler areas. These include the mountains in North America and Eurasia, but also the Arctic regions, which makes it a very resistant plant. For this reason, roseroot is traditionally used in Scandinavian, Baltic and Russian folk medicine.
