Postage
We charge 5 euros per order for packaging and shipping to Germany and within Europe. The postage free limit for deliveries is 75 euros.
Shipping times
If you order from us on weekdays before 12 noon, your goods will usually leave our premises on the same day. The delivery time depends on our service provider DHL. The delivery time for shipping to Germany is 1 to 2 business days, provided that the product in question is ready for shipment in stock.
At Vitamintrend you will receive your ordered goods without prepayment or cash on delivery fee. Pay how it is most convenient for you!
With Paypal:
With PayPal you can make payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.
Buy with Invoice:
Upon receipt of the shipment of goods you will receive an invoice. The invoice amount is due immediately after ordering goods. We grant an additional payment term of 14 days.
With SEPA direct debit:
With the uniform, Europe-wide SEPA direct debit, you can have your invoice amounts conveniently and securely debited by direct debit. Approximately 14 days after you have received your goods, we debit the invoice amount from your account.
FAQs
Why has my order not been shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipment. We usually ship orders within 48 hours; some orders may take a little longer.
Why is my order sent in multiple packages?
Due to the high demand for some products that are particularly popular with our customers, it may happen that from time to time our stock goes down to zero. Always using fresh and high quality raw materials has always been our motto, so some orders may be split and shipped in different packages depending on product availability. As soon as the product is available again, it will be automatically shipped to the customer without any additional shipping costs.
My package should have been there long ago!
Please check via tracking if the package has been left with a neighbor. If this is not the case and the shipment status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us - you can find our contact options here.

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will include the tracking number for your order.
