Shipping costs

We charge €5 for postage and packaging to all EU countries and Switzerland (otherwise €25). We deliver free of charge to Germany and other EU countries (incl. Switzerland) from a value of goods of €75. The carriage paid limit for non-EU countries is €300.

Delivery times

The delivery time for shipping to Germany is 1 to 2 working days, provided the product in question is in stock and ready for dispatch. In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

Fast processing

If you order from us before 12 noon, you will usually receive your goods the next working day. Please state your telephone or fax number with every order so that we can contact you immediately if an item is not available. The goods are delivered by Deutsche Post/DHL.

As soon as a parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive the tracking number for your order. Please track the dispatch of your order with your consignment number here (click on the button).

Deutsche Post/DHL standard delivery times from Germany to the destination countries

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.



Further dispatch details

Please register at www.paket.de to be absolutely parcel-free. This has the following advantages for you: you decide when and where your parcels are delivered.

  •  Notification via SMS or e-mail when your parcel is delivered
  •  Around the clock, 7 days a week, collection from the Packstation
  •  If you are not at home: Deposit of your consignment at a place specified by you in advance
Order without risk: Vitamintrend grants you a right of return within 24 months from the date of purchase, even for packs that have already been opened.
Please request a returns slip for your return. This enables you to return the goods postage paid. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the return. You will find the statutory information on the right of cancellation for consumers in the mail order business under Right of cancellation.

Why is my order being sent in several parcels?

Due to the high demand for some products that are particularly popular with our customers, our stock levels may drop to zero from time to time. Always using fresh and high quality raw materials has always been our motto, so some orders may be split and sent in different parcels depending on product availability. As soon as the product is available again, it is automatically dispatched to the customer without incurring additional shipping costs.

My parcel should have arrived by now!

Please check the shipment tracking to see if the parcel has been left with a neighbour. If this is not the case and the parcel status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us - you can find our contact options here.
